Things people ask before enrolling

Do I need a background in maths or data science to start? +

For Studio Foundations, general programming familiarity is enough. You should be comfortable reading and writing code in Python, but you don't need prior exposure to machine learning or statistics. The course introduces those ideas as part of the work.

How much time should I set aside each week? +

Studio Foundations is structured around roughly six to eight hours per week. Studio Practice runs a little longer — around eight to ten hours — because of the weekly live session. The Long-form Programme is closer to ten to twelve hours per week, spread across reading, project work, and written responses.

Are live sessions recorded if I miss one? +

Yes. All live sessions are recorded and shared with the cohort within 24 hours. We understand that schedules shift, and we'd rather you catch up on your own time than feel pressure to attend at an inconvenient moment.

What language are the courses taught in? +

All course materials, live sessions, and written feedback are in English. This is a deliberate choice — most AI literature and tooling is documented in English, and we think working in that language from the start is practical.

What is the payment arrangement? +

Courses are paid in full prior to the start of each intake. For the Long-form Programme, a two-instalment option is available on request. All prices are in Malaysian ringgit and include access to course materials, live sessions, and written feedback throughout the course.

How do I know which course suits me? +

A short conversation is often the most useful way to decide. We'll respond with a considered suggestion rather than just pointing you toward the most expensive option.
